Basic Policy on Anti-Social Forces

ING Mutual Funds Management Company (Japan), Ltd. (“IFJ”) declares following basic policy on prevention of damage caused by anti-social forces, regardless of individuals or groups, in their peruse of financial profit by using means of violence, abusive power and fraud, etc.:

  1. IFJ takes measures against the anti-social forces as an organization and ensures the safety of employees who handle the issue;
  2. IFJ will keep close communications and relationships with outside organizations including police, lawyers, and the Anti-Social Forces Elimination Center, Japan Securities Dealers’ Association, etc.;
  3. IFJ will not have any relationship including business partnership, with anti-social forces. IFJ rejects any unreasonable requests from the anti-social forces;
  4. IFJ takes necessary legal steps, civil as well as criminal, against unreasonable requests made by the anti-social forces, and
  5. IFJ never accepts backstage transactions with or provides funds to the anti-social forces.
